HEADS UP! is a guided conversation format designed to make working styles visible, shareable, and easier to navigate.
Through thoughtfully crafted prompt cards, it creates space for people to talk openly about how they communicate, collaborate, manage energy, and set boundaries including aspects of work that often go unspoken, such as neurodiversity and personal rhythms.
Rather than offering fixed advice, HEADS UP! invites participants to exchange real experiences, giving and receiving small insights that make working together feel more considered, more inclusive, and more human.
